Please note that all out of warranty units are subject to a $200 USD assessment fee with up to (x5) NanoBrix or SilverBullet units covered per assessment fee. This assessment fee will be credited towards the total cost of the repair as reflected on the final repair estimate.

For all out of warranty repairs, any components or materials that need to be replaced to diagnose the reported issue will be done so without prior authorization with those costs to be paid upon completion of the assessment.

By sending in the unit(s) for repair under the assigned RMA number, it is agreed upon that the assessment fee will be the minimum charge associated with the repair, and should the customer elect to decline the repair, the assessment fee is still payable along with the cost of any parts required to diagnose the reported issue.

For all in warranty repairs, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to MultiDyne Video & Fiber Optic Systems and MultiDyne Video & Fiber Optic Systems will pay for the return shipping costs via UPS Ground. Should a faster return shipping speed be required, we kindly ask to be provided with a UPS, FedEx or DHL account to process the expedited return shipping costs.

For all out of warranty repairs, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from MultiDyne Video & Fiber Optic Systems with either a shipping account or a shipping label provided at the time the final repair estimate is received. Failure to provide a return shipping account or label will result in shipping charges at the published UPS Ground rate plus 1% of the retail price of the unit(s) for insurance costs with these costs automatically added to your final invoice.

For all RMAs containing SilverBullets or NBX units, a PO or credit card is due immediately upon receipt of the RMA form issued by MultiDyne Video and Fiber Optic Systems
